Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the vw103 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times that you access the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. vw103 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and applies identity verification to confirm age at the KYC stage. Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Residency: You are a resident of Indonesia. The vw103 Platform is designed and operated primarily for Indonesian players. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction, guardianship, or court order that would prevent you from doing so.
• Personal Use: You are acting on your own behalf and for personal recreational purposes only. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion order under any responsible gaming programme, including any vw103 self-exclusion you may have previously requested.
• Employee Restriction: You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee of vw103 or any game studio, payment provider, or supplier directly associated with the Platform.

To access the full vw103 Platform, you must create an account by completing the registration process at vw103.net/vw103-login. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. vw103 is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• One Account Rule: Each person may hold only one vw103 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vw103 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: vw103 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You must submit a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — Indonesian KTP or international passport — and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method. vw103 may request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its AML compliance obligations.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month may be deducted from dormant account balances after written notification to the Member's registered email address. vw103 will not apply inactivity fees that would reduce a Real Money Balance below zero.

All financial transactions on the vw103 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account tier level and displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). vw103 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• vw103 reserves the right to request proof of the deposit source (e.g., bank statement screenshot) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within five business days may result in the suspension of the relevant funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard processing time is 1–3 hours for KYC-verified accounts. VIP-tier members receive priority processing with most withdrawals completing within 30 minutes.
• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before vw103 will process any withdrawal request. Members who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawal access is restricted until verification is approved.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that the Member has previously used to deposit into their vw103 account, or to a pre-registered bank account in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• vw103 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the Member.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Only Real Money Balance is available for immediate withdrawal.

vw103 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesia Independence Day. The following terms apply to all vw103 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• One Bonus Per Person: Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, the specific multiplier for each promotion being stated in the offer terms at the time of activation. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may be fulfilled only on games designated as eligible in the specific promotion terms. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower percentage rate than slots toward wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a Member requests a withdrawal while an active Bonus Balance remains in their account and the associated wagering requirements have not been satisfied, vw103 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Balance and any winnings attributable to that Bonus Balance before processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus Abuse: vw103 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed exclusively to satisfy wagering requirements, exploitation of game mechanics, coordinated play with other accounts, and the use of bots or automated betting software. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and related winnings voided.
• Right to Modify or Cancel: vw103 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would prejudice Members who have already commenced satisfying wagering requirements under that promotion.

The vw103 Platform offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, RNG slots, crash games, and sportsbook betting. The following general rules apply across all product categories.

• Game Decisions Are Final: Game outcomes displayed on the vw103 Platform are final. In the event of a system error during a game round — such as a disconnection, data transmission failure, or software malfunction — vw103 will investigate the specific round and apply the most equitable resolution, which may include voiding the round and refunding the staked amount in IDR.
• Sportsbook — Odds & Markets: vw103 reserves the right to suspend, amend, or void any sportsbook market at any time prior to settlement, including in response to suspected match irregularities, data feed errors, or events of force majeure. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets that include a voided selection will be recalculated on the remaining selections.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per game or market are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page. vw103 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and may apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by responsible gaming or risk management considerations.
• RNG Certification: All vw103 RNG-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness. Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed in each game's information panel. The daily slot gacor list (high-payout hot slot recommendations) is based on live RTP monitoring data and is updated at 08:00 WIB each day.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vw103 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or extract data from the vw103 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including on live casino tables, sportsbook betting rings, or coordinated bonus farming.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any transaction associated with money laundering, in violation of applicable AML legislation.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the source code, algorithms, or random number generation systems of any vw103 game or platform component.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or through a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask or misrepresent the Member's true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vw103 customer support staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

All content on the vw103 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, audio, text, trademarks, service marks, logos, and the overall design and architecture of the Platform — is the intellectual property of vw103 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use as a registered Member in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any Platform content. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of vw103.

vw103 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at vw103.net/privacy-policy.

By registering with vw103, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC identity verification, AML compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

vw103 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in the operation of the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, game content suppliers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where vw103 is legally required to disclose information.

vw103 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered accounts and can be activated via the Account Settings panel or by contacting the vw103 support team.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on the Platform. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once your loss limit is reached, no further real-money bets can be placed for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration without a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account cannot be used to place bets, though you may still contact support and withdraw your Real Money Balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the vw103 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. vw103 will make reasonable efforts to ensure excluded Members do not receive promotional communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vw103 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

vw103's total aggregate liability to any Member for any direct loss or damage arising from a proven breach of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their vw103 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits vw103's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by vw103's gross negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by vw103; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The vw103 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vw103 makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Member-initiated termination: You may close your vw103 account at any time by contacting the support team. On closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements applicable to a Bonus Balance) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within five business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

vw103-initiated termination: vw103 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account immediately and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has: (i) breached any material provision of this Agreement; (ii) engaged in prohibited conduct; (iii) provided false or fraudulent information; (iv) committed or facilitated money laundering or other financial crime; or (v) posed a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or other Members. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, vw103 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vw103 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

For Members based in Indonesia, vw103 notes that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in the Republic of Indonesia. Each Member is solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction and for complying with any applicable local laws. vw103 does not provide legal advice regarding a Member's individual regulatory obligations.

vw103 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, vw103 will provide at least 14 days' written notice to registered Members via their registered email address before the amendment takes effect.

Amendments that are required by a change in applicable law, a direction from a regulatory authority, or an urgent security or integrity requirement may take effect immediately without prior notice. In such cases, vw103 will notify Members as soon as reasonably practicable after the amendment has been applied.

Your continued use of the vw103 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your account and arrange return of your Real Money Balance.
